17 Interventions to Reduce Anxiety When It Occurs

Interventions to reduce anxiety are important techniques for everyone to learn. Anxiety is feeling worried, nervous or uneasy, typically about an event, something with an uncertain outcome, or something about yourself.

Almost everyone experiences anxiety from time to time, so there is no reason to feel embarrassed. Working through it with a Coach can be very effective because Coaches understand how anxiety functions, manifests itself in different people, and affects all aspects of your life.

Anxiety management can be a goal in Leadership Coaching and Life Coaching, or really any type of Coaching (including Career Coaching and Job Search Coaching). Coaches are great listeners and can teach you techniques to reduce anxiety, hold you accountable to your goals, and help you to regain control of your life.
