With over 17 years of experience spanning leadership, sales, operations, and workforce development, Ariana brings both executive perspective and deep coaching expertise. Her background includes leading large-scale initiatives in employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness within Fortune 500 environments, including Xerox Canada.
