17 Interventions to Reduce Anxiety When It Occurs

Almost everyone experiences anxiety from time to time, so there is no reason to feel embarrassed. Working through it with a Coach can be very effective because Coaches understand how anxiety functions, manifests itself in different people, and affects all aspects of your life.
Anxiety management can be a goal in Leadership Coaching and Life Coaching, or really any type of Coaching (including Career Coaching and Job Search Coaching). - Eat chocolate
- Consume red chili peppers
- Smell a comforting scent
- Watch a good movie that may allow you to have a good cry
- Vent or communicate about your feelings
