Important Update from Glacier Point Solutions and Donna Schilder Coaching (a division of GPS)

After founding the company in 2005 and leading it for over 20 years, Donna Schilder has retired from her role as President & CEO of Glacier Point Solutions and Donna Schilder Coaching.  

Ariana McNally, PCC, who has been leading our corporate coaching initiatives and has led our individually paid coaching initiatives in the past, has acquired the company. She has assumed the role of President & CEO effective immediately and the company will be operated by Emerging Outcomes Coaching & Development, Inc.

“Ariana has worked with us for 10 years and is intimately familiar with our coaching services and business processes. Through the years that I have worked closely with Ariana, she has proved to be highly ethical, astute, business savvy, professional, and dedicated to quality. She is also held in high esteem by her clients. I have the utmost confidence that Ariana will lead Glacier Point Solutions to even greater success,” Schilder said.

Donna will remain closely connected to the business as an advisor for the next 18 months, ensuring service continuity and a smooth transition.

“I want to thank Donna for her years of leadership and dedication to supporting others through coaching. I’m excited to be working with the talented coaches inside Glacier Point Solutions and to continue deepening how we support our clients and corporate partners,” McNally said.

Under Ariana’s leadership, Glacier Point Solutions will continue to expand its work with corporate partners, supporting leaders and teams through executive coaching, leadership development, and tailored organizational initiatives.
