Vicki Rich, MBA, ACC, BCC, is an Executive and Leadership Coach who inspires leaders to ‘level up’ their performance by leading with a clear direction, taking consistent action, and communicating more powerfully.
With more than 15 years’ experience in Public Relations, Marketing, and Strategic Communication Management, Vicki understands how to create business solutions, get things done, and drive results, while supporting her clients in doing the same.
She is especially adept at supporting clients in becoming more assertive, communicating more effectively, resolving conflict, managing meetings effectively, and managing their time.
Vicki’s career has spanned both the public and private sectors— including the U.S. Department of State, Ohio Legislature, Ohio Department of Insurance, Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, an insurance trade association, and a regional medical center. She is recognized for her insightful questions, calm presence, and focus on tangible solutions.
Vicki is an ACC through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) and has completed Coach Certification Training through Coach Academy International (CTI) and World Coach Institute. She previously earned a B.S. in Communication from Franklin University and an M.B.A. Certificate from Keller Graduate School. Her continuing education includes Coaching Competencies, Strategic Communication, Management, and Leadership Studies.
