Chris Sier, PCC, Executive Coach, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) who has 20+ years’ experience as a leader, Business Development Manager, Process Improvement Consultant, and Corporate Coach in the High Tech, Automotive, and Manufacturing industries and has worked as an internal Executive Coach with a Fortune 200 company.
Chris is an expert in helping Executives and Leaders discover their potential to manage change and achieve desired results for themselves, their organizations, and their teams. Chris also has a passion for helping her Coaching clients increase their productivity, while, as one of her articles is titled, “Taking the Busyness out of Business.”
Chris is also a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) and a Coach U Graduate Certified Graduate (CUGC) and is skilled in using the DiSC Assessment. She also holds a B.S. in Community Development, with a Minor in Psychology from Central Michigan University.
Prior to shifting her focus to Coaching and Consulting, Chris was an IT & Data Systems Manager for a division of Hewlett Packard where she was engaged in many process improvement and change management projects. She also led Business Development and Sales Strategy teams there. And, prior to working at HP, worked in local government in City Transportation where she implemented a new Inventory System.
In addition to her Executive Coaching, Chris loves supporting professionals in career transition and assists her Career Coaching clients in creating a strong Personal Brand that makes them attractive to employers.
Chris is currently writing a book on career strategies for women.
